  • The product is in the same condition as when you received it
  • The return request is submitted within the 60-day return window

4. Refund Processing

All refunds are issued exclusively in United States Dollars (USD), matching the total amount paid at the time of purchase. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account, which is outside of our control.

5. Return Shipping Costs


You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your items, unless the return is due to our error (including wrong items shipped, defective products, or damaged items upon delivery). For eligible error-related returns, we will cover all associated return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for non-error returns.

6. Non-Returnable Items


For the protection of all our customers, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
